Hope Day is about showing God’s love to our communities in practical ways.
Can't get to one of the events? You can be a part of Hope Day wherever you are.
Here are a few activities that you and
your family can do to make a difference:
Pay for someone’s coffee or lunch.
Bake cookies and take to a neighbor.
Take snacks and pastries to first responders or postal workers.
Visit with residents of a nursing home with your kids and/or pets (if allowed).
Do yardwork or shovel snow for a struggling neighbor.
Play with animals at your local Humane Society or animal shelter.
Improve your area through neighborhood or park clean up.
Take rolls of quarters to your local laundry mat to pay for someone’s washing and drying.
Surprise a friend with a warm meal.
Offer to run an errand for an elderly neighbor.
