Visit a nursing home and spend time with the residents.

Leave a generous tip with an encouraging note for your server.

Pay for someone's laundry at a laundromat.

Do yardwork for an elderly neighbor or someone who you know is struggling with health issues.

Drop off snacks, drinks,
or thank-you notes to your local police/fire station.

Assemble and hand out "Blessing Bags" (socks, snacks, water, hygiene items) to people in need.

Bake a special treat for your neighbors.

Bring prepackaged treats to hospital front desk or ER staff.

Make a few "You Matter" cards and leave them randomly for people to find.
